After a magic summer break, with new energies, it´s the perfect time to execute a good transition and explore and enjoy new adventures, leveraging the experience and achievements of more than 40 years in sales and technology based projects, working for large IT corporations (as Microsoft, HP, Accenture and Sun), and the world of open innovation and investment working for consulting, venture capital firms and the startup ecosystem (as Nauta Capital, Barrabes, biid and StepOne).
I think it´s also the right time to jump from full-time first line executive positions to a part time advisory boards and board member roles, providing guidance on strategy and go to market operations to companies that need support on digitation and open innovation strategies, connecting the dots of companies with high potential with the ecosystem we´ve in Spain and globally, and leveraging the experience of development of a legacy with economic and social impact transforming territories taking advantage of successful global events.
I´ve already started this journey step by step few years ago, combining the executive role at MWCapital with advisory boards, with the support of the executive committee, and I´ll focus now more on this space balancing the opportunity to bring value and impact but also in projects and initiatives that have purpose.

In this new journey I´ll dedicate more time to the Board of @Durania Group, that I had the opportunity to join few years ago as advisor, providing advice on innovation, digitation and marketing strategies to this group of food companies, led by @Eva Duran, with the mission to improve food safety end to end, thanks the healthy, eco & bio ingredients distributed by @Trades and @Ingredissimo, the technologies of food safety analysis deployed in laboratories by @Bioser, and the audits of food safety executed by @gabinete-de-servicios-para-la-calidad, all with the purpose to improve our lives thanks to better ingredients and end to end food safety processes.
I´m learning a lot about food and food safety, helping at the same time the group on open innovation and digitation strategies.
I´ve also joined the Advisory Board in Spain of @Salesforce from March 2021, helping the firm on go to market strategies and initiatives in Catalonia and Spain, coaching the team led by @Enrique Polo, and contributing to the effective use of cloud services at corporations in our country, to improve their sales, marketing, and operations, with focus on sustainability. I´m proud helping a global technology firm that has a clear purpose and dedicates part of the profit and human resources to initiatives for social impact.


During the next coming months, I´ve also committed to help the strategic consulting firm @Metyis, providing advice around legacy (day after & day before plans) for projects to transform and develop territories leveraging large global events, as the Expo, and providing guidance on digitation plans for corporations.
Thanks to the confidence of @Juan Jose Berbel, who was Director of Invest in Catalonia at the Catalonian Government, and is current partner of the firm, I´ve joined the advisory board for strategic projects at Metyis, enjoying the opportunity to work with excellent professionals and advisors in this consulting firm led by @Jose Antonio Bueno. It´s magic to help territories to develop economic and social initiatives and long-term strategies leveraging global events.
And finally, as senior advisor, I´ll help the serial entrepreneur, investor and scientist @Regina Llopis, in her great artificial intelligence firm, @Aplicaciones en Informatica Avanzada, providing guidance and sales support as senior advisor on go to market strategies and actions to the team led by @Carlos Lopez, that have more than 30 years of track record helping

organizations to deploy successfully “algorithms with the purpose to improve people´s lives”, improving businesses and operations, and transferring knowledge to develop artificial intelligence skills and competencies within corporations, with an amazing talent pool where more than 30% of the staff are PhDs.

I will dedicate between 2 and 6 days per month to each of this advisory boards, ensuring alignment to avoid any conflict of interest, keeping activities as teacher in Sales B2B, digitation and innovation in several universities, as the Executive MBA at @UNIR (Universidad Internacional de la Rioja), but leaving also free time to explore future opportunities at boards, improving also my work life balance.
I feel It´s a right time to leverage the experience, helping to connect the dots, to develop territories leaving a legacy, focusing on the use of technology to improve operations and people lives, and helping organizations to improve their sales operations, keeping the spirit of «working hard & having fun»!
